Our founder
Dustin is emerging as a leading voice on the hidden costs of startup culture. His writing has been published by Fast Company and he was featured in a Peacock series about entrepreneurs navigating success.
A Dartmouth and Harvard graduate, Dustin has spent the majority of his career in startup environments. He has been a senior executive at, seed investor in and growth advisor to venture-backed companies.
Dustin is also a two-time kidney transplant recipient who can trace these complications to years of work-related stress that he overlooked until his body forced him to rebuild his life in a more sustainable manner.
Centering Well-Being is an outgrowth of Dustin’s desire to understand the interplay between his professional experiences and personal health outcomes while examining deeply-held beliefs about startup culture.
